How to measure yourself
A. Bust measurement
Place the tape measure directly over the widest part of the chest, so that it remains tight to your body.
B. Waist
Take the tape measure from the area between the lower part of the ribcage and upper part of your hips.
C. Hip
Bring your legs together, from the heels to the thighs. Place the tape measure on the widest part. The hip is measured approximately one hand span below the waist.
